People run 315s by rolling fender lips. It's all about the offsets.

I would grind as a last resort, and only if you know you are keeping the car for a long, long time. While rolling fenders will also impact the resale value of the car a little, grinding the fender lips off will hurt it much more, IMO. Just something to keep in mind.

resale value?.... chances are if your doing this to your fender you're putting aftermarket wheels, tires, and suspension on the car which if done right will not hurt the resale value (unless were talking about a garage queen).
it goes without saying that your going to prime and paint after you grind but that's nothing more than going to the hardware store to get some spray paint and painters tape. not a big deal.
grinding is way better than rolling.

i am the kind of guy that if i do something it is going to be done right. i have no plans on selling the car so might as well. yeah i was on a couple of sights and had seen the both rolled and grinded fenders. i am going to go with the grinding on this one. thanks for the help guys
