Nitto's or G-force KDW's?
which would be a better tire option? Nitto 555s or BFGoodrich G-force KDW's? and I mean the normal Nitto's, not the Drag Radials.

I just mean for general driving, I want ones that will last a while too. But what ones have better traction for straight line?

neither, they both suck as far as traction.

KDW all the way. i just put a set on my car and i love them, and they do hook up, great in fact. i work at a tire store and BFG's are high quality tires. great traction, great wear, and balanced out awesome. take my word for it you wont be disapointed. unless you spend a lot of time at the track you dont need drag radials, and if you drive them on the street they dont last. and i am not sure why people are telling you to get Summitomos? those tires are a joke. its a $90 tire, remember you get what you pay for. look at the tread wear rating, they will last about 10K miles, and its def not gonna hook like the BFG. also look at the temperature and traction ratings. and i am not just gay for the BFG's, i work for goodyear and there are a lot of people out there running the factory f1-gs, and the gs-d3's and ill tell you right now those things are overpriced and low quality.

im not mad at you and your 'experience' as a tech at tire store. but that means nothing at all to me. i worked selling tires for about 2 years, so i guess i know too.
and i have seen some of your posts, you seem to do everthing the cheap way, much like a ricer. dont get mad at me man.

I couldn't hook up 3rd gear with those 315 Sumihomo's.
Chirp 4th.
Continental 275's felt like the 315 Sumihomo's.
Also ran a BFG KDW 315. Out of the street tires they grabbed the best. BUT...still would get pretty loose into 3rd gear.
I run Nitto DR's all the time for the street now. They will grab first gear for me most of the time.2008 Trailblazer SS

HA! jealous?
if you sold tires you would know what youre saying is ridiculous.
and our shop is full service d-bag, not just tires.
and i only said ricer because it seem like you want to have everything without spending money. just like your post in the wheel section....

Costco sells the KDW's for $196 a tire installed. I am going to go check to see if they have them in stock.

i ran some nitto 555 extreme drag 315's and they wouldnt hook up in 1st or 2nd
ET street radials work well, but dont last. ive been getting about 25k/pair out of my sumitomos, work great in the rain, and are half the price of anyone else's
and i only said ricer because it seem like you want to have everything without spending money. just like your post in the wheel section....
asshat, its people like you who think their opinion is the only right one who really ruin threads like this
my apologies to the OP for your ignorance, i don't feel the need to entertain your stupidity anymore
