new wheel vibrations at 60+mph
i got some new 20x8.5 wheels a little while ago and have had annoying vibrations ever since once i go past 60mph. i have a few ideas the most obvious would be the extra weight but just 5lbs more then stock is that enough to create the annoying vibration? after that i wonder if there is something wrong with the wheel itself but i would think the vibration would be there no matter how fast i am going. anyway if someone has any ideas or if this is really even an issue to be concerned with? let me know

Nothing to worry about the tire shop didnt balance the tires right take it back and they should fix it for free as long as you bought the wheels from them, otherwise they might charge you a little bit. FYI you won't feel wheel imbalance at lower speeds, if it feels like its coming thru the steering wheel your front wheels are out of balance if it feels like its coming thru your seat its the rears. Might as well have them balance all 4 again just to be safe though. Hope that helps.

i use to run the same size wheels and tires and had no vibrations. Sounds like bad job balancing or the weights might of come off.
