new rims/tires for my TA. help?

okay so currently i have hidious 22" rims on my TA that the owner before me put on the car and the chrome is pealing and i'm seriously ready for new rims and tires. i was wondering about where are some good online places to get some ordered that someone has experience with? i haven't really found any i like locally and i know there are a bunch of places online but i want to go somewhere someone has already gone too if its possible. i'm looking for basic 5 or 6 spoke chrome or black rims with tires included. set of 4. price doesn't matter.

I got my Boss 338 wheels off of eBay from a seller called sdwheelcorp. They will sell you wheels with tires if desired. I had a great experience with them. They answered any questions I had.

I am partial to the C6 corvette rims myself 18 by 9.5s on all four corners I can email you a few pic of my car if you would like. Not an expert of posting on here.

Search OE Wheels, they have wheels specifically for F-bodies. I have a set from them that are 17x9.5 up front and 17x11 out back. They installed with out any modification or spacers. Just another option if you're still searching.

I see from your other posts that you're not afraid to go against the grain as far as mods for your car.

That being the case, I'd suggest staying away from Vette wheels. Just about everyone and their brother is running a set, so there's nothing unique at all about them. Plus most of them don't flow well with the lines of the Bird, IMO.

Spend a bit more, and go with something unique that will add more style to your ride.

Yeah true. She should think about some Lambo wheels for her car. Fit right in with the doors.

OP - you mentioned before that you might be adding power later on down the road, such as a supercharger or something similar.

If that is the case, whatever wheel you choose, definitely go wider so you can fit a 315 on the rear.

I did not post your car because she has a TA.. I know there are some here with TA's and CCW 505a's. The post was done off a quick search and your photo came up first..
