Most people say that they run 285 or 295 35/18's no problem in teh rear. If lowered you need to have an adj panhard rod to center the wheels up again this will keep it from rubbing

with 18s just make sure the profile is low enough...what do you plan to run up front...thats where youre more likely to run into issues

I have 18x9.5" wheels with 285/35/18 tires out back and both sides rub the inner fenderwell. It rubbed right down to the bare metal in two half dollar side spots.

I am running an 18x10 and I wouldn't go any bigger than that.

im running 18x10.5 on the back of my Z with BFG KDWs and they clear fine but i also have full UMI setup in the back. On my 00 SS i have 17x10.5 nitto drags 315 and they rub. depending how big a tire you want to run, anything over 300 you need to find a body shop with a fender roller or grind the lip down. lowering it will help with the clearence around the bump stops.

it is all about the offset of the wheel. plenty of guys running 315s on 17x11 ZR1 wheels with no mods. Like I said in the other thread I have 18x11s with 315s and no mods. I am lowered on stranos and have a umi adj. panhard bar.
