    Question Need help on tires!!!

    I have a 01 ss with the 10 spoke ss wheels can i fit a 315/35ZR17 on this rim cause i want a relly wide tire on these rims untill i can afford something different and i found the ones i want. let me know what you think because i need tires asap......

    well there are a few tire threads that had similar issues. consensus is that they will fit. some people say that they will be fine. others say that they will fit but they will be unsafe.

    So should ido it i need a answer will it make much of a differnece from what i have now (stock size) i just want the widest tire possible for these rims......

    you'll get less traction with the 315 because its not on the correct rim size... so my suggestion would be go 275's or get 10.5 or wider rims if your wanting 315's
