ok, i have a 99 z28. my stock chromies arent cutting it. so i went out ad bought some c5 vette rims....17x8.5 front and 18x9.5 rear...my question is what tires do i run on these without having rubbing issues or messing with the speedo too bad. here a pic of the wheels if i confused anyone on the wheels

Depends on the offset of the wheel, but you should be fine. I had 295/35/18s when I had my chrome Z06 wheels and had no rubbing or spacers.

what are the offsets on the wheels... that will dictate if any spacers are needed.
as for tire sizes, the ones mentioned above are perfect.
