Need expert on Weld wheels
I am wanting to put some weld draglites or prostars on my 01 camaro. I want to put 15x10 on the rear and run a skinny like a 15x6 on the front. I have seen a few camaros on the net that run a combo like this. My local tire dealer called weld and they said it cant be done which I know is bull. So my question is if I order 15s then what offset do they need to be and backspacing and all that good stuff oh and what lug studs and spacers will I need to use??? I do understand that I will need to do a little grinding and fender well work which is fine. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

94- CAMARO
You Will Need A 7 1/2 Inch Backspaced Wheel I Know They Make The Pro-stars With That Kind Of Back Spacing And With Some Grinding And Beating You Can Put A M/t Et Street Radial 295/60/15 On The Rim

I just put on a set of 15x8 outback with a 275/50/15. I used a 5.5 bs with a 7/32 spacer. For the fronts i used a 15x3.5 with a 165/80/15 with a 1 3/4 bs and a 5/16 spacer. Still had to grind a lot for the rears. The fronts I just had to shave the outter lip of the caliper off. For lugs I used the longest shank style which is I think 1 3/8, not to sure. Here are a few pics.

Ok I finally got finished with the rears. I put a Weld 15x10 with a 275/60 R15. Tommorrow I am gonna start on the fronts. Damn you car looks sharp with the pro stars. I put on the Draglites. I will post some pics when finished.

did you take any pics? i was thinking of going 60 series, but went with the 50 series to stay at factory tire diameter. that and i'm only going through the traps at about 5800 rpms.
