    keep stock 16"rear rims or go to 18" the wider ones?

    i have the stock 16 rims but i want wider. is it better keeping the 16 w taller more meat tires( nitto 245) or will i gain using biger thats on the SS. i really just want the performance not really the looks, but what is best?

    17's are pretty much the equal ground good performance and look. 18's and up you start to get into the smaller sidewalls on the tire which has less flex which equalls less grip. 18's+ also tend to have a harsher ride. I'd go with a 17X9 or 17X9.5 with a 275 tire depends on what wheels you get and what sizes are available. Or if you just want some big meats out back go with some 17x11's with a 315.

    but then, if you decide to upgrade the brakes, you have to change wheels again.

    will the 17 x 11's fit just like that . or do i have to cut them please need all info, is there offset needed

    At stock ride height you should be good. If your lowered you will probably have to bend the fender lip.
