    hub center bore

I am trying to find the correct 30mm spacer with it's own studs for my car. I have been searching but have been unable to find the front hub center bore measurement. I was wondering what the center bore of the front hub was? I have found things that said 70.3mm and 70.5mm but I want to double check what it is. If no one knows, then how do you measure it, from outside to outside or inside to inside?

I could be wrong, but I believe it is outside to outside.

Okay that is what I thought. I am thinking I will need a digital caliper to get the accurate measurement unless someone knows what it is or where I can find such information.
