    How long do tires last?

I have a '99 TA WS6 and still have the factory tires. When I peel out all I hear is the engine. I used to hear the tires. Can't remember if it changed when I put on the headers. My tires are 7 years old. Just want to be safe. Not "planning" on doing 100+.
