No drag radial is going to be great at the track. You need either an ET Street or Slick.

I have heard that the NT05r is an awesome tire though. Chris just got them and loves them.

Don't get me wrong, the Nitto 555r DR grips really well on the street. I have about 12K miles on mine now and they still hook relatively well. When they were new, they dead hooked in 1st from a roll.

ok great.. that's mainly what they will be used for is the street.. not sure when i will ever get to the track.
right now the sumitomos are still on the car from when i got it and damn it's alittle scary when it breaks loose so bad shifting into second!

I had them on the car when I just had 4.11s, exhaust, lid and headers also. That is when I cut the 1.906 60'. Even with the added power, I do not even get a bark shifting into second. They hook hard.
