    good deal?

    i found a complete set (4) of Michelin Pilot Sport tires 285-40-17 w/ maby 3K on them for $400 is this a deal worth doing? i got a big road trip planned...from GA to ME then to NY back to GA then to FL and back to GA....but i dont wana get hosed...

    how is the tread wear/ any known problems? sidewall issues?

    Tirerack.com check out the reviews on the Michelin tires.
    Doesnt look to promising thou, for 450. bucks i picked up a set of 4 new Fuzion zr1 tires and have had them for 2 years and i love them, great traction and great wear. Rain or shine they have held up nicely.

    Well, I bought a like new set of them a few months ago for $550, except they also came wrapped around a set of great condition WS6 Speedlines.
