it's probably going to be a while. I'm going to get the wheels and tires mounted abalanced and figure out how much I'm going to modify the inner fender and how large of a spacer I'll need. with a 59 offset, even if I magicaly get them to bolt up with out rubbing they're going to be sucked in.. so they are going to have to have spacers to look right. as soon as I figure out how long I need the wheel studs to be for the spacer I'll be buying a new rear end, I've been waiting for the wheels to buy the rear. so probably no pics for at least another month lol

I test fit the wheels. they bolt up but just barely. they're touching the inner fender wall so I'm thinking maybe a 1" spacer.

this shot is from the front of the wheel well looking back. notice how close my LCA are to the rim..... i have offset bushings installed on those LCA too...

why not use the BFH mod instead of a spacer?

I haven't ruled out the BFH mod but I have to see how much clearance I will need with the tires mounted. if it's way off and beating in my fender is not going to be enough, I'll just leave it alone and use a spacer

ya, I thought ahead and installed offset bushings on LCA and had the fender lip shaved. hopefully I won't have to do any more modification to the fender lip...

I got the wheels and tires mounted and balanced today. I started beating the inner fender in when I got home from work but I had to stop because I don't think the neihbors were diggin it. I've almost got it tho, I just have to do a little more pounding. here's a pic of the damage so far

here's a shot of my fender lips shaved. I paid the guy in between 30 or 40 bucks. I can't remember now, but after watching him I realized I really probably could of done it my self. he just took and angle grinder to the inside of the lip...

Should look pretty sweet when its done
and 12" wide on a 59 offset, dont rule out a spacer. i got 11.5s on a 50mm offset and i barely made it without a spacer. You did get your longer studs in right?

Oh and did you get to choppin of those bump stops yet?

when I had just the rim bolted up it was just toucing the bulge that the bump stop is attached to. the tires are pretty much flat with the edge of the rim because you have to remember that what ever the wheel width is you have to add an inch when your measuring from outer edges of the rim. so a 335 is about 13-1/8 inches and the wheel itself from edge to edge is 13". the only reason I'm not getting the wheel to bolt up is because the tire is hitting the front of the inner fender. after I pound that out, it should bolt up but that will still leave the wheel touching the inner fender so yes I'm planning on using a 1/4" spacer, but I don't want to go too much wider of a spacer because the wheel is already almost sticking out past the fender without a spacer. i'll be buying a new rear towards the end of this month and when I do so I'll get longer studs with it. but I'll be safe for the time being with stock studs
