nittos are a good balance for the street but they won't be worth nearly as much on the track

nittos.....I think I got 13k out of my last set. MT's definitely hook better but it's a trade off for the mileage. I run nittos on the street and switch to MT's for the track. Nittos aren't terrible at the track by any means. My best 60 with nitto's was 1.71 and my best 60 with MT's was 1.69 I believe. Not completely accurate comparison though because I've only taken the car to the track once with the MT's and it was a shitty hooking track. I believe if I went to the track that I cut the 1.71 with nittos at my 60's would be much better with the MT's. Overall average 60 dropped like a rock with the MT's though. My worst 60 with the MT's was like a 1.72 whereas I'd cut a 1.8ish with the Nittos here and there and the average was more mid-high 1.7's.

I have had BFG and Nitto Dr's and never got even 10k out of either and forget driving if it's wet out. I would just go fir the best hookup at the track DR's all die fast.
