    Why is this?
Strange, my T/A came stock with chrome wheels (I know it's chrome 'cuz it's peeling on the inside, d*mn GM...); I didn't think that it's Bling... I'm going to change to a replica Z06 wheel which will also be chrome since I think it looks better than Hyper Silver.... It's all a matter of personal taste. To me, Bling is a set of huge chrome wheels that are worth more than the car they're mounted on, with tires that show 1/4" of sidewall. Bling = more tire than the car could ever use, on a car who's engine torque is barely sufficient to turn the tires.... Bling = wow them on the outside, 'cuz you don't have enough money to spend on the parts that really count and make a difference. Just my $.02

When I had chrome aftermarket wheels on my 94 mustang, it was not easy to clean at all. My Borbets are so much easier (aluminum), but I wonder if aluminum actually collects dust better than chrome.

I've never had anything negative said to me about my wheels.
As posted above a bit, too much chrome is where it gets bad. I've never been one for "painted" wheels. I've never really even liked the aluminum wheels. For me, it's always been about chrome; but done right.
