Am I going to have any issues?

So my custom 19x9.5 feslers are ordered, the plan is to put nitto invo 285/30or35/19 all the way around. Am i going to lose anything on the performance end of things? I've also heard that you shouldn't travel long distances on low profile tires, is this true? (the longest road trip i would take would be about 300 miles twice a summer) Thanks for the help.

Bigger wheels are heavier and have more rotating mass. Therefore it takes more power to turn them. So in that regard, yes, they are a slight performance hindrance.

As far as your trip, I'd say you'll be fine.
