    So the 315 Nitto DR's are great on the street but not at the track.Is that what your saying because i wanted to get the 555's and was woundering how good of tires they really are.

    Pretty much.

    I ran an MT DR for track and a Nitto DR for street.
    When both were aired to 26PSI they seemed to hold the street the same.

    Yank PTB3600, Kooks 1 7/8" LT's, 4" intake, E-fans, Magnaflow, Sonnax kit, tranny cooler, tune.
    Lowered, HID's, tinted.

    so 17/18x 10.5 aren't designed to run 315s

    You can run several 315's on a 10.5 wheel.

    Not sure about a 315 on an 18" wheel though.
    I think they tend to be 305's for some reason.

    almost stock triple-black 2000 SS convertible with 17x11s on all 4 w/ 315s at the track or on the street with 18x10.5s on all 4 w/ 315s: (1), (2)

    call me lucky, i run 18x10x5's with a 295 tire lowered no rubbing as well as zr1's 17x11 with 315's and no rubbing as well, just had to tap the inner fender in a bit and that was all, no adj panhard just a standard slp one did the trick for me around hard turns nothing at all,
