Blue- 2002 Z28 Camaro M6
Which 315s
Looking at tries to put on my future 17x11 ZR1s for the Camaro. Need something that will work for a daily driver. Originally planned for the BFG G-Force KDW since I really like them with my smaller rims, but it seems BFG has discontinued that size.
The only tires I know of that size so far are the Nittos and Goodyears. The Nittos I am worried about in the rain.

315/35-17 Sumitomo HTRZ. $108 a piece. Can't beat the price.

Not really sure first hand. I have some on my car, but haven't driven it yet since I'm getting ready for a engine swap.

I'm in the exact same boat as you are except mine are TTIIs. I'm leaning toward the Nittos mostly for price.
I've read most of the reviews on 3 different tire sites and its mostly in favor of wet weather driving than against.
I know, I was worried about that too until I read more reviews.
I think I will go with the Nitto 555s and try them out. I have Falken FK452's now but, they don't make a 315 either.

I am actually leaning towards the Goodyears myself. Since I end up driving my car in all kinds of bad weather and stuff I don't want to even try the risk of Nittos in the rain. Only takes one bad slip to ruin everything. Even with 275 BFG G-Force Sports I almost lost it when I tried to get on the highway. Seems 4.11s are a little more peppy then I thought The major drawback for the Goodyears to me was the price vs performance when compared to the BFGs.
Hopefully someone will give me a few more options on here

Yeah, if I could afford the Goodyears, I would.

Go with Vredesteins. They are affordable and perform excellent in the rain and perfect on dry pavement.

No problem. I'm probably gonna be buying quite a bit of them.

Here is a forum thread on them in a corvette forum. Older data from the forum shows that they hold up pretty good and those that have them seem to be happy with them.

OH Jeeezus, found this website and they have them for $458 per tire. Called them and confirmed.

So, if you can get them from this website for $174 per tire, that is a huge savings.

try and call your local tire shops and you may find some one that still has a set of bfg's in a 315.
