2002 z28 tire rim updrade

I have a 2002 z28 with the stock 16'' 245-50-16 rims / tires.

I would like to put some 17'' 275-40-17 tires-rims on it. I would like to buy some 2002 35th ss rims . Will these fit my car or do I need a special offset of some sort. If I dont go with the ss rims what size 17'' rim could I go with. I belive the ss rims are 17''x9'' and use 275-40-17.

You shouldn't need to offset it any. Other than the SS rims you could put a set of Z06 rims on there easily. I have a set for sale if you're interested pm me.

I put the 35th SS wheels on my 99 after taking off 16's. It works fine. No need for spacers and no clearance issues.
