18x10.5 in rear with 1.5" drop

Will this fit after lowering, or will it need modification? And are 295/35r18s the stock 25.6(?) diameter?

Depends on the offset but it's definitely doable

You should be fine with that setup. May need a little hammering but they will fit. You are getting an adjustable panhard bar right?

I ran those wheels and that tire size and if I had an adj. panhard bar they would have fit without issue.

That's the exact setup I'm running. I had to put a spacer in between the springs (my springs sagged over time) to stop rubbing on cornering and hard takeoffs. I didn't raise the ride height just made it stiffer in the back.

Definitely, Should probably get one before the wheels?

I would definitely do that. Get the UMI on car adjustable. You won't be disappointed.
