    For 17x11 Wheels

Ok So I bought a set of wheels for my 99 T/A that are 2x 17/9.5 and 17/11. Will 315's work on 17/11's? Or what is a good sized tire? Also, I do not have the wheels in my possession yet, I was wondering for anyone who has put an 11 inch wheel on the rear, will I need spacers? Thanks! I'm used to my factory 16's on my T/A LoL Kinda new to the whole tire business.

yeah 315s will fit, i have the same 17x11s out back and i have 315/35ZR17s on them and they fit real nice on the wheel. you will need ¼ inch spacers too so go ahead and get those.

for the 1/4" offsets on the rear using 17x11's, did you have to change your studs?? Or were the factory sutds long enough?

If you're talking about me, the spacer was for the front, not the rear.
If you use a spacer, then you should get longer studs.
ARP studs are fairly cheap and much better than stock.

Dont know how true but spacers are not to good if your planning on dragging these . They have a tendency of breaking at least on the rear . I have 315s out back and no spacer needed just get you a bfh and beat in the inner fender wall. It is as simple as that . On the outer lip if it is a close call you need to have it rolled or do it your self with a fender roller

never rolled a fender before. How do you do that? Does a body shop have to do it or can I? I'd rather not beat the inner fender well. Is there a clean way of doing it so that it doesn't look like a demolition car? Also, does rolling the fenders damage the outer look of the fender?

Ya there is a tool for rolling a fender or just go to a body shop.. you can use undercoting when your dont and youll never know you did it ... You can buy it at any auto stores . you not knocking that much of the fender really only 2 places mainly .

Do a search for fender lip roller, I rented one on line last summer. It takes a little patience but it does a good job. I have 17x11's on a lowered SS and it no longer rubs the fender lip with it rolled.
