16" prostars?
So I have a chance to buy 4 Weld Prostars tomorrow
2 16" with ET Streets already mounted
2 15" with spacers and front runners
Will I see a better ET using this setup or should I just mount my new ET Streets on stock rims and go have fun?
I'm trying to figure out how much ET the above setup would yield over stock rims and ET Streets. Any idea?

not sure the front ones will clear the brakes.
16" salad shooters are great for what you do.Eugenio_SS
almost stock triple-black 2000 SS convertible with 17x11s on all 4 w/ 315s at the track or on the street with 18x10.5s on all 4 w/ 315s: (1), (2)

I couldn't resist and picked these up tonight. I'm going to do some runs with these back to back with salad shooters and if there is no change the Pro Stars will go for sale again.

How tight
How tight are the lug nuts supposed to fit in the wheel holes? I have many that are tight (can't really turn by hand) and some that are easier to fit in and out. Should I replace all the tight ones or all the loose ones?

What kind of lugs?
Are they shank style? If not, don't drive on those wheels.
The lug should go through the wheel and then have a washer against the wheel.

Thanks for your help
They are the proper kind with the washers. But with the wheel off the car some can slide right into the hole in the wheel and some I can't even press through with my hand. After they catch some threads they'll pull through but is that correct? Shouldn't they all be loose to slide through by hand and not rely on threads to pull them through while torquing?

My fronts are really a pain in the ass sometimes. They need to be perfect for the shank part to go through. Thank god they are light.

Never tried.

Here's some pics. Thanks for trying the lugs when you can, I'm concerned mine are too tight but maybe that's how they go.
