11 inch rims in the rear

Does anybody know anyone who has got their stock 17" rims widen to 11" in the back?

I'm thinking about buying an extra set to get widen. I have the Speedline WS6's and I think they are aluminum? Can those even be welded?

lol soooooooooooo many loooookers... no responses.

Well thought I'd let everyone know who checks this out. I there's A guy in in Monrovia, CA.
His name is Eric Vaughn of Vaughn Machine. He did a guys stock WS6 rims from WS6.com.
When I visited his site he claims to only specialize in Aluminum Wheels. His work looks good...
I'll post up picks here later after I get the work done

I originally wanted to widen my stockers as well.
    Priced it out....

Ended up selling the stockers and getting a set of TTII's. With the money I got from selling the stockers it came out to be about the same price.

Yeah the TTII's are a quick fix. The only problem I saw in the long run with those Is I'm planning on sometime in the future getting Brembo 4 pistons put on and they claim their kits won't work with those Rims. Something about the inside diameter.

I think I've seen your car a lot online... youtube and here. Its really sharp! Makes me wish mine wasn't so red sometimes lol

Would have to be very careful about the new calipers fitting the widened wheels as well. Depends on where they put the extra width in...could still be an issue since it is basicly a custom offset wheel at that point.

    Black is impossible. Trust me.

That's true... the guy I'm actually going to go with is the same guy from WS6.com unlike my previous plan. The way he widened it was pretty much just changing the face. Plus he specializes in Aluminum Alloy wheels.

Haha, Yeah I bet! But Black does look great when its clean.

I was looking to widen my stock wheels too. The cost was very high and the result was not what I wanted. It took me about 6 months to find the wheels that I wanted at a decent price but it was worth it.
