    It wont stay!

The plastic piece in the back seat (arm rest) wont stay attached to the door jamb. It kinda clips on by the wearherstriping & attaches inside with hard plastic velcro. By the door striker. both sides wont stay tight. After a few hours, they pop out & show a big gap there. I've seen many pix that show this problem. Can anyone tell me how to fix it?
