Where to find some SUPER cheap rims that look ok?

Here's my situation. I just bought my first LS1, and i got a pretty good deal on it, but work is slow right now so my income is next to nothing. Where can I get a decent set of rims for cheap? Dont have to be chrome, its preferred but polished aluminum or even alloy is acceptable. Hoping for 18 x 9.5 in the back and 17 in the front. Car has the stock 16 chromies. Any ideas or anyone know of any that look ok on a TA?

thats the thing, ill be basically "coming up" with the money. Not worried about tires immediately. Just wanna get some rims in my hands and I can get a deal from a buddy locally on some tires.
