Hillco used to and still might make a complete kit. It was $250-300 range IIRC. I did mine using local hardware stores. Not all of my bolts are converted over to chrome, but all the visible ones are chrome and I probably spent $150 doing mine.

First thing will be to find a hardware store that carries the chrome. All hardware stores will have one of those bolt sizers. What I did, for any bolt I wanted to swap was take it in, get it sized and buy how many ever I needed. For instance, all 3 of my TB bolts are chromed, so I took one in with me, found out the sizing for it and bought 3.

I purchased them and the only part that I was not happy with was the washers they were a little thin.

Did you have any trouble tighting those across the front fenders?
Do they have nuts that go on the back??

No trouble with the bolts on the front fenders the only complaint was the washers would dish a little since they were thinner then the originals.

Yes they had all the nuts and bolts.
