    Wheel Well Detailing

This past weekend, I removed my wheels and cleaned them inside and out. Along with that, I took the time to paint my brake rotors. I find it much more appealing to have your entire fenderwell area cleaned and well maintained. It makes for a completely CLEAN looking car. Here are a few pics of Betsy after I finished cleaning her up. I know I need to lower the car a bit more. I'm just waiting until it isn't my daily driver to do so.

i usually clean the inner wheel wells with tire shine and a pad. clean up very nice and you are right, adds a nice touch to the car...

your car looks great. one suggestion i might make would be to remove the side molding...

Unfortunately, my car has had some body work done and removing the side molding would pose a problem with matching paint.

Not bad for MS Paint. I could wipe out the cars very nicely, but like I stated before, I'm too lazy. Good quicky though

yea just looking at it quick I didnt notice cause I was looking at that bad ass car in the front of the picture. Very tastefully done car. I love the wheels/paint combo looks great and I am not a big fan of painted wheels.

how did you go about keeping paint off the surface where the pads make contact, or did you just paint it then 'ride the brakes' to get it off? I may have to get some black VHT paint for mine.

He probably took the calipers off before painting them.
