What percent tint?

Hey guys! just bought a 2002 ws6 black car has no tint on it but the factory 85% i think...my last car was black and had 10's on it but it was a bit of a problem at night being to dark....Im debating on going light with the tinits r gettin 20% any suggestions on what i should do or anyone have examples of pics on what looks good on these cars?? Thanks in advance!

I would do 20 sides and rear if i was you. Not too dark but dark enough. Probably 40 up front

Thats most likely what ima prob do...my last car i had like 10's on it over the course of 5 years i think i got 5 tickets for excessive tint they have a meter thye put on the window and it was 100 bucks each time i got a ticket...they give u the option if you get the tint taken off they take the ticket away but the car looked naked without the tinits so i would pay...theres a cop that sits right outside my college he sitts outside this car and points at every kid that has any kind of tint on the drivers and passagers side window and writes u up real pricks over in long island NY lol....i knida feel liek wiht the loudmouth exhaust dark tinits n no plate on the front ima be a magnet to cops especially with it as a DD hahah but u live once right...ima go with the 20% and lay off the front for now thanks tatertot91!

20% is the darkest I would do. Anything darker and its hard to see at night.

35% on the sides for no issues at night. 20% in the back.

I've seen 35 and it looked good and still kept a good level of visibility

i have 30 all the way around and like it. not too dark but still gets the job done. its just right in my opinion

I have 20% all around (except windshield), and I love it. Dark enough during the day that people can't see in and not too dark that night driving is hazardous. I've also never had a police officer bother me about it.

ls1camino I think ur car is by far one of the sickest ws6's iv seen...Iv thought about the black with the chrome lip and after seeing urs iv def made my mind up and am going for it....makes the car look even more agressive and sharp then it already is...ima go with the 20% to thanks guys r all ur help

When I had my vert, I had 5% all around on it. I would never do 5% on a vert again, its just about impossible to see at night unless you have the top down. Forget backing up.

Front the front angle though, the front windows look a bit darker than 20% and you don't loose visibility at night.

I run 20 in front and 5 in the hatch and ttops. Long as you use good tint it's not hard to see out.

im pretty picky when it comes to tint. so i will more than likely go the same all the way around or at least keep the % a little closer to one another. this includes the front..so i will go to my eye doctor here soon and complain that my eyes are really sensitive to light especially when driving so i can get a exemption to get front tints
