What to do with stock seats?

Hi guys,

My black 2000 Trans Am seats are starting to fall apart, well at least the driver's seat. 133k on the car now.

So what do I do? I like the look of stock seats, but do I get racing seats? Have the stock ones reworked? Or buy a new set of stock seats?

Give me ideas!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love my stock seats, and if mine were falling apart, I would buy some stock replacements out of a wrecked car or something like that.

no sure, but if the interior is black leather let me know if your buying new seats, ill toss you some money for your headrests

The driver side would be harder to find, but I'm sure there's someone who swapped them out for weight loss or something. Try posting up in the wanted section for some.

I know it's a little pricey but my friend bought a set of these for his ws6 and they're absolutely beautiful.

I just took my ebony leather seats out of my 2002 camaro ss, i got 12k miles on my car ,the seats are perfect, i dont know if i should keep or sell, im thinking about it, abby

Might as well sell them unless you plan on putting them back in at some point.

If you want to sell em I would love to get a set like that. I have cloth but really want leather. What would you want for them? Have $ now.

Find an upholstery shop. They should be able to replace the damaged part for a few hundred.

il redo the seats,i want to do black leather interior with sweade or how ever u speell it ..im waitin till raining is over (wich just started)to redo my interior,i want to do sweade on the headliner,door pannels and seats,u think good idea or no?it should be about1500 but ul have a nice new really clean interior

I went to the local pick-n-pull(junk yard) and i got the driver side for 45 and the passenger for 35, both leather, driver side all electronic adjustments work, and are in beautiful condition. I would look into doing that for now. You can get them for a steal. Im planning on replacing mine with leather race seats in the future, but dont have the money right now
