    Restoration almost done...

New picts of my almost finished SS.... Take note these are iPhone picts and the car has not been color sanded yet! Final picts should be available by Saturday, at that time I'll have picts of all the new parts and the paint taken (in the sun) with my Nikon not my iPhone.

My SS now is color sanded, there are new C5 Cryo Stop slotted front rotors, EBC slotted rear rotors with Hawk HP Plus Race pads front and rear. Total cost $6000...
Allmost there now SS emblems going on, hood intake grill yet to be installed.
    What do you think?

Looking very sharp! Accident, body damage, or just a re-paint?

    SOM
    01 Camaro SS

looks good. I just had my whole car repainted last summer too. Som is hard to redo. there's 6 different veriants to GM SOM. some lighter than others. your car looks a bit dark, so does mine in the shade, but when that sun hits it it pops like crazy. totally different color.

Just a repaint after ten years and 135,000 miles my SOM SS deserved a little TLC.

Looks great! I would do matte black behind the grille and get the white SS emblem, but it looks fabulous and I'm proud of you for showing a little TLC to the SOM SS!
