    Replacement light bulbs...

Ok, a question for you guys...
I'm looking for a brighter set of light bulbs for my vette to replace the stock ones. This is for my tail lights
I've seen LED's assembly, but that's not what I'm after
Does anybody know of some nice aftermarket bulbs?
    TIA,

I know Phillips makes really good bulbs, If you are looking for a brighter setup...why not go LED's? It's not that hard to install...they are like regular bulbs to install, just a lot brighter and uses less power to light up!
Check this place out and see if it's something you would want to do:

Awesome man. Thanks for the link!!!
That's exactly what I was looking for. My lack of knowledge on this field ( ) led me to believe that the LED's set up would only come integrated in the lens, and I wasn't interested in buying new lens, but this is going to work great
    Thanks again!

No prob man! Hit me up anytime if you need anymore help! Thats the site I have gotten all of my LED's from and will always go to if I need any LED's!

Post up some pics after you get them installed! Trust me, you are going to Love how bright they really are.....for example, here is my Rear Backups with Blue LED's, and they have 13 LED's in each bulb...which are the 1156 bulbs! :

Well, my dilemma now is whether to get the red ones or the white ones...
The website recommends the red ones for red lens, the problem is, I've got my tail light lens professionally painted black, though they look great, they're a bit too dark. At night they can light up fine, during day time, they're a bit too dim, and I wanted to amp up the visibility
I was looking at the 3 Watt Luxeon LED 15mm Bayonet
    What you think?

Ok, the thing is you have your tails professionally painted black, when that is done or you do your tails in Niteshades, You want to obviously have you tails light up red...so you don't get busted by johnny law! IMO, you should get Red LED's for your tails, not White ones! The Luxeon LED looks good and you would be good with getting those....pretty much what I am saying is to get the brightest, redest LED's that you can for your tails! Honestly, Vette Tails are smaller than a Camaro's or Firebird's tails, so maybe getting the Luxeon ones would be perfect for your application.

Trust me, once you change your stock bulbs out with LED's, it WILL be brighter, more noticeable, and wont take away from your Tinted Tails! It will be a Night and Day difference!

Anyone know where to find a led replacement bulb for the rear interior light for a TA. It is bulb size 561. Checked the site listed above, but they don't have that size listed as available.

If your talking about the Rear Dome Light, the LED replacement is called a "Festoon" type bulb and here is where it is: http://www.superbrightleds.com/festoon.html
