projector headlight question.

So I was browsing ebay and I was looking at the projector headlights with the black housing. I know they aren't going to be true hid. I'll just have to add that later. But are these legit projectors and decent quality?

heh these would be a for a 99 camaro too if you're wondering. that has to be someone that has an opinion on this.

also to add, i just put the silverstars ultras in mine and there literly 100% better for only 30$ , i know its knot HIDs but still, i just weighed out the price comparded to the fucntion
