Pretty Day Out, Took a Few Pics of the New CF Hood
I told some people I'd get daytime pics, so here they are, I'll also post the pic of the unpainted portion to show the CF detail. Last night I finally adjusted the hinge, so it actually closes flush now, guess I'll have to take more pics!
I'm getting to the point where the paint is set, so I'm trying to decide if I want to continue the Manta stripe onto the hatch and spoiler, it'd be a vinyl in carbon fiber pattern, to match the hood, any opinions? She's baaaaaccccck...

a red 1 and a silver 1- 1993,2000 z28
i think it looks great and i would love to see it with the stripe on the back.....thing is iv NEVER seen vinal that looks any way near as good as real CF, so that might cause it to look funny, plus if you vinal the rear, the sticker will stick up a bit and to me would thow it off a bit. but if you did the same thing with the wing as you did with the hood it would be OUT OF SIGHT!!!!!!

Lol, Yeah yeah yeah, I'm lowering it! The rear doesn't bother me as much as the front does, but I'll go pro-kit all around, give me a month or so, I've got a few other zoom-zoom priorities. The car has 245/40/18s up front and 295/45/18s out back... just a wee bit of difference...
Thanks for the compliments guys, she's almost where I want her; Heads, rear end, stock wheels w/ et streets, and some interior items (cage and seats)... Of course it'll never actually be done...
Hoping to have everything pulled together in time for G11, at least everything but the 9" rear, that'll have to wait.

Yea I got the same mods on my wish list... just ordered a new SS hood and a brake setup... Cant figure out what I want to do for suspension. I like the lowered look but right now it is too low for me. the exhaust just scraps all over.
