    Pewter! Painted Calipers & Rotors!

Hey guys, I need some help I'm probably going to paint my calipers and maybe even the middle of my rotors this winter when I get bored.

I need ideas. I have a Pewter TA WS6, I'm looking for other pewter owners that have painted theres. I was thinking red and black for the calipers and black for the rotors... BUT I don't want to be too flashy... so I need ideas post up the pictures guys!

I think you cant go wrong with the red calipers and black disc centers, looks good on any colour car. I painted my rear brakes this way to match the front PBR Big Brakes. Although, only the main caliper body is red, and the smaller part is black. Not so 'in your face' this way but still catches your attention...

well I am a little nervous to go with red I think it might be too loud for the look I'm giving my car. I think black & black will look good or maybe black and silver... where do you guys get the lettering and does it hold up well to the heat and washing?

i painted my car's with the duplicolor kit that is sold in auto parts stores for $15. Not only did i only use 1/4 the paint given (only painting whats visible when wheel is on), but it looks very nice and shiny. you also don't have to take them off which is nice.

the black paint looks nice but i def saw a pewter camaro with red paint and black letters a while back that really looked good. i think red is more noticeable from afar than the black which blends in with the tires.

Agreed. I would definitely go red over any other color. It just goes well with the placement and how much you want it to be noticed.

Personally I prefer polished, black if painted at all. I think any other color (red, blue, etc) is gay.
