Pearl Trans Am? What do you think?

i am wanting to switch colors on my car i can get a paint job relatively cheap(have friends that own body shop) and was wondering how a pearl white ta would look? What do you guys think? and does anyone have any pictures of this color on a trans am?

i don't think it will look as good as NBM! You can't beat that color imo, but i am biased!

Although, I actually think the pearl white would look pretty damn good. I like the TA in white, and the pearl effect will just make it look even better still.

Well damn, I was looking at BMW pearl whites in the paint shop today. I was going to go that route too earlier next year after the winter season passes over. I don't recall every seeing a pearl white f body, just white. I do love the color though.

Damn, I've been looking for pics of a pearl white camaro for weeks now and never found a single one. Jesus..that is hot.

Anyways, I will be getting mine painted for around $1k-$1.3k or so. I'm just being charged for the paint and pearl to put in it, as I'll be doing the work and painting mysef. I think I'll have to hurry up with my fiberglass sub enclosure so that I can have it painted pearl white too.

I saw a pearl white Camaro with a brown, nubuck leather interior in Little Rock, Arkansas, three years ago, and I still consider it to be one of the most beautiful Camaros I've ever seen. I've never been a fan of white Camaros--or any other white vehicles for that matter--but I've often considered painting my next Camaro pearlized white and having the interior covered in the same brown nubuck leather.

In short, I believe that if you paint your Camaro pearlized white, you'll have a very elegant, sophisticated looking ride.

just looked again at pics, didnt like he painted the side window sail panels pearl,

and did anyone notice thats a hard top SS......

I agree, I didn't like the sail panels pearl either and yes its a hard top.

I am not sure about the grille being all pearl either, that was another thing I would possibly do different.

I just checked out the pictures of the pearl white Camaro displayed on LS1Tech.com and I think it looks absolutely perfect the way it is. It's a nice, classy, subtle departure from the tried-and-true Camaro paint schemes without appearing garrish.
