Painting LS6 intake what color?

    I think the OP also wanted to know what kinda paint on composite intakes? Krylon for plastic? Hi temp engine paint? What? I'd like to know too. Powdercoat an option, NO?

    i just used regular spray paint..and put some clear coat on...if you need hi temp paint on your manifold ..you have seeeerious probs

    Powdercoat an option? Hell yes! I say powdercoat it, but then again, I always do!

    $120 for a standard color, 50% over that for a color that will require a clear (or if you desire a clear over a standard color)

    That also includes smoothing of the casting marks on the intake (on top of the rails and some of the nasty ones where you can see them on the front of the intake) just to streamline it a bit. F.Y.I. - others that coat them will charge around $30 extra for this alone.
