Painting Front Bumper Support Camaro
I am wanting to paint the front bumper cover support with a black and clearcoat on top. Do you have to prime the piece first or just use some plastic spray paint and then just clear coat over it?
What is all necessary to remove the piece?

Pewter metallic- 2000 Camaro SS
6 10mm bolts and 5 push pins to remove it, very simple. Its not a must to prime it, I have done a few and never primed them. Just shoot it with the black of your choosing and clear over it. Let it dry real well before you put it back in, it takes some maneuvering to re-install it and if it is fully cured you might mess it up.

I take it you dont have to actually mess with the nose itself?
