    know what you mean, but for me plastic is better than painted plastic, unless it's tasteful.

    If you guys are worried about maybe not liking it, get a 2nd set and paint them. That way you can always swap back or alternate them from time to time for a change up. Thats what I did

    Anytime I am experimenting with something for the first time and unsure on the outcome, I always acquire an extra part to work with. That way you aren't stuck with it if you don't like it.

    lol i already have a second set of bezels from a junkyard car, another berger panel, corner lights, headlights, etc. etc.

    I always make it so i can go back
    its just good insurance

    I have an Ebony interior but everything was faded to like 4 different colors of black and now it almost 2 tone. Its a minor diff and I like it..

    I painted the Z28 into the ash tray..

    That looks pretty good, but with a grey interior i think it would stick out a lot more

    That's what I was thinking too. My ebony interior would make it stand out like a sore thumb. A stark difference.

    The tan interior helps to tone it down some.

    I went with flat black when I modified my radio bezel. It actually reflects light just as the plastic does. The color is pretty close too.
