    painted headlight

    need help i painted headlight when i pulled tape off it pulled some of the chrome plating off. can i touch this up with something?

    how much chrome plating came off? if its a small piece iw ould put maybe a little silver touch up on it....

    more than a little tryed some chrome look alike spray paint from hardware store but dont look good. the eastwood com. carrys a can of it also thought about trying it.... any more help?

    What kind of tape did you use ? I used some scotch tape and it was fine for me.

    i used masking tape didnt think about scotch. anybody know about the paint i descibed above?
