Has anyone had experience with getting their car Vinyl wrapped? I've seen pictures of it but i wanted to see if i could find first hand experiences with it.

I did it once and it was a mistake. For a daily driver it is stupid. Has to be cleaned carefully and has a whole different set of precautions.

Not a fan of the vinyl wrap, mainly because it's always ricer looking designs. Perhaps with a decent design it'd be ok.

I have a Friend who, along with a professional wrap installer
(is that what they are called... or is it wrap artist?!!)
wrapped a BMW in white carbon fiber look vinyl. It's not the
first car i have seen up close like this and they are always
twenty footers!! Any closer and it's grisly. hell of a work up
too, to get it all around the handles, bumpers, into the window
aperture edges...etc, etc. It is peeling and showing bubbles
beneath in numerous areas... yuk.
I'd say get a good tin of polish if your paint is good!!
