Paint guys, estimators, and anyone else ?

i need to get a new bumper cover for the camaro. so i was thinking of getting it painted NBM with flames up the sides. i'm curious to know how much you think a body shop may charge for this? i attached an image that gives an idea of what i'm looking for.

wow.. you still haven't sold it yet? i remember that you had it from earlier.. and that's kinda what had me thinking about it.. i just can't find a silver one for the life of me.. and i'm not sure if i wanna get an aftermarket one that's already painted, or get one that's primed, and have it painted.

By the time you figure a front bumper cover & installation plus refinishing & blending including single stage flames all the way into the doors your lookin at about $2,800.00 to $3,000.00 from a quality/experienced custom body shop. Any color sanding will be extra.

So something like this? It will run you a couple grand for a good job. This car here would cost you about $4500-$5000. The whole car was preped and painted. Lucky for the guy he's the painter so it only cost him the materials.

Heres a few more painted by the same guy(actually he owned both but has since sold them) different color car and flame pattern but you get the idea. I actually like the green flamed cars pattern better.

hes right i paint for a living and will not paint flames for less than 1500 my labor. then you buy the materials and no body work just scuff tape and spray. i know it sounds pricey but it is a pain and takes practice if you let some one do it and they dont have exp. your going to be out the money and not happy with your car because of what it looks like

yeah, i probably won't do this. i wasn't looking to spend my left nut and right arm. so i'll just end up getting a new painted bumper.. unless i can find a used one...
