Opinions on fuel rail covers

Im thinking about gettin some custom fuel rail covers and I can't decide on what to get. My TA is black with white interior. Under the hood, I have chrome battery cover, pcm cover, fuse box covers, and under hood mirror kit so I thought about getting them black with chrome Trans Am lettering. The only problem is that they won't show up very good being black on black. Red or silver would show up better but then that would be the only thing on the car that color. Opinions would be greatly appreciated or some pics of different fuel rail covers (especially on a black car) would be even better. Thanks.

I'm making a set of chrome text on black this week, I'll see if I can post up a photo later after the weekend.

IMO, black covers would be best to blend everything together. Going with red covers or silver covers will make things 'uneven'.

Id like to see those when you get them done. Do you sell them? If so, what's the price on a black set with chrome lettering?

mine are still a work in progress...and my drivers side is sold. i didn't do enough research and just started cutting, !AIR=no cutting on drivers side

but they will be black, and the lines and 5.7 will be silver and my friend is going to make some silver vynel for them that will say SIK02SS

Y2K...are those braided stainless fuel lines? or are they just sleeves? info on where you got them please

Just sleeves. I got a kit for it at O'Reilley's. I know its possible to buy stainless ones if you prefer that route though.

that is some awsome work... how can i find some of these. i would like some for a pewter z with the camaro letters (like on the red one) and z28 up under that, i would do the z28 in the fender badge look. you guys think that would look good? now if i could just find out who does it or if i have the patience to do it. thanks guys

I also want to get a set similar... not sure exactly what it will have on it.. unless someone is doing this for a couple bucks.. then I'd prob throw it their way....
