    New Gauge Setup

I had to make room for my new Nitrous Pressure Gauge, so the logical place to install it was on my A-Pillar. Now this put me in a predicament...what gauge to take out of the A-Pillar and where to put it. I decided to move my Tach/Shift Light to in front of my stock Tach. No reason to have two

I know this is going to be asked, so I might as well answer it now...

Top LED = Calibration Light for LC1 Wideband
Push Button = Calibration Button for LC1 Wideband
Bottom LED = Lean A/F Nitrous Shut Down Warning

I love the tach and shift light combo...1. The tach is more accurate (200rpms difference from the stock tach). 2. the shift light is bright as hell. 3. it mounts anywhere you can mount a 2" gauge, which as you can see, is anywhere. 4. There are so many adjustments that it's almost fun to play with (5 different shift points, multiple shift types, memory recall, etc.).

Power = Ignition Port on Fuse Box
Ground = Bolt by Steering Shaft
Sending = Purple Wire on Cylinder One Coil Pack

Yeah it has settings for every type of engine...3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12 cylinder engines. You just have to do a little math. It will ask you how many times this particular ignition coil fires per revolution. Since our engines use 8 coil packs for 8 cyliders, each coil pack fires every 2 revolutions or .5 fires per revolution.

so then it would need to be set to 4? what would happen if you set it on the wrong one, would it go crazy or somethin?

No, you set it to how many times that coil pack fires per revolution, so .5 fires per revolution. It would just read wrong...all it is getting is an electronic pulse every time it fires, so it would just read wrong. The great thing is that you can check it against the stock tach and they will be relatively close (200 rpms difference in my case).
