    Need help finding Onyx Black

Someone at my work hates me. No suprise there as I don't kiss butt around the office. So they keep keying my car and kicking my grill in. Autozone says they no longer make my paint color. That they only have saphyr. Can anyone help me to find the touch up paint that I need? Pretty please.

Buy a gun - it'd be cheaper than fixing your car all the time.

Check with your local gm dealer maybe. Try Napa or Advance Auto. Worse case you may have to go to a paint shop and have it custom mixed.

They know I'll beat them down if they said something to me that's why they have to take the approach of screwing with the car.

Call the cops and have them come down to your work and question people. That'll usually scare people enough that they'll stop.

I popped the grill back into shape it was a minor annoyance. The key mark of course appeared there the next day. It's a minor annoyance as well. We have security cameras but they won't even sweep the screws out of the parking lot. They just don't care. I am not going to call the police for anything. I don't care if I'm on fire and the Mexican mafia is beating me with a rifle butt. I just need to know the right paint to get.

I'd go to any paint shop and have them mix it up for you. Some places can even put them in a spray can if you don't have any equipment at home.

It's just plain black on the GM cars. I have painter vettes, Z28s. And TA's from 98a to 2005s and I use the same 99k dupont black paint on everyone of the. Just hit autozone and buy the universal blk touchup and it should match fine.

how deep is the scratch? If it's not through the paint hitting it with a buffer and the 3M stuff will do wonders. I would probably do that anyhow and cover up as much as it'll cover.

Even if it's through the paint you can put a few some black touchup and then some clear touchup until it's higher that the rest if the paint. Wet sand with 1500 or 2000 the hit it with a buffer and any 3m compond and the some swirl remover and a coat of glaze and it will look good if done right. Won't web see the scrath till your right next to the car. I can burn the clear on on black so it'll make the scratch dissapear until about 6 inches from the car.

Nope painted the door right up to the rear 1/4 panel. I use that same dupont 99k on everthing from vette's, TA's, caddys, and GMC trucks and never had a match problem yet. If the car was left outside a few years without proper waxing and faded you would have a match problem then and it would take more than blending you'd have to adjust the paint color.
