    Exclamation Just install hid fogs.....Question.

Bought two kit off e bay installed the fog light today, everything works and looks great one problem. Do hid lights put out more heat then oem bulbs because these are about three times hotter then stock. I only have about one or two mm between the bulb and the lense, will they melt or is this normal. Thanks!

They do run a bit hotter than the stock bulbs. Just keep an eye on the houseing and ensure it doesnt start melting or cause any issues.
Every few days i would just take a look and make sure everything is peachy... although you should be fine.

Not sure were you get your info from but everything I have read HIDs burn at a lower temp than Halogen.
    Example HID 35W = Halogen 55-100W

Thats what I thought, main reason I bought the hid kits. Bought them from user supervtec off e bay $79.00. The bulbs are alot longer than oem, the just fit.
