How to fix leather seats?
I noticed recently that on the left side of the drivers side seat, there are huge scuff marks from sliding in and out!!! Noticed the same thing on the passenger seat as well. How can I fix this without replacing them? Is there some kind of cleaner or buffer to get the seats back to normal? Thanks for the help, Chris

Very common problem, I don't think you can fix them. I replaced my driver's seat cover because it had two rips in it when I bought the car, but I do notice those lines on the passenger side. Think this is just bound to happen with how you get in and out of our cars.

If it's a black seat just use black shoe polish. Worked great for me.
And while your at it have your console covered with leather for that nice smooth opening door again and better than factory feel. ;-)
If it tan you can have it repaired / redyed / resprayed with dye.
I had my tan leather seats resprayed and well at the steering wheel for $100. Came out perfect !!! The guy has a airbrush applicator. He mixes the color with bonding agent and sprays it on. If you have a small rip they can fix it so you'll never know it's there. However once they are over 2-3 inches the panel need to be replaced.
This guy has become my best friend. ;-)

I paid a guy $120 from an auto-upholstry shop to re-dye the seats in my 99 vette (w/ red interior). He came right to my house in his work van, and used what looked like spray gun. It looked great for about a month... not long after it looked just as it did before it was dyed.
