Help with tinting problem

Well, i got a set of tints put on my windows 5%. A couple days after i notice a bunch of squiggly lines all over the window. It's like a cloudiness of some type. It's strange. The thing is you can only notice those marks when the sun is directly shining on the window. They're not air bubbles, its some type of cloudiness fog. It's weird. So i took it back into the shop and had them redo it all over. So a day or two after they did it over again i notice some of those same marks. It's not as bad as the first time. This time, there are not as many of those marks but there are a couple. I'm really frustrated. Does anyone know what these markes could be. They're not air bubbles and you can only see them when the sun is shining directly on the window. Thanks
