headlights

i been thinking on doin the whistler mod... or how ever its called

any one has pics?
some here done before?
my car is all black,blinkers and rims. the headlights look shiny, i like how they look in chrome, but doing the whistler mod i dont knw if its gonna look good,, or if its to much black in the front end..

any comments welcome.. thanks everyone..

It will look REAL nice with the black paint. I have seen Camaros at car shows with the Whistler mod and IMO GM should have made the headlights in a black/body-colored housing from the beginning.

thanks man.. im gonna do this as soon as i can..

now im debating on what color to paint it.. gloss black or flat black

Do gloss black, trust me! It'll match your car better. And use duplicolor gloss or at the VERY LEAST, Krylon Fusion. The duplicolr paints seem to lay down WAY easier.

I do whistlers for people and I've done quite a few so I know, lol.

Agreed, the Duplicolor lays much better and also agreed on the gloss black.

thanks guys...

i also think it would look better with gloss black,
the flat black is just easier to paint, ill give it a try with gloss black.

the more i see the whistler mod, the more i want to get it done.
