Ok I hear that the headlights on Camaro/Firebirds pretty much all do this. The headlight plastic has a yellow/cloudy appearance to it, and I think it looks really ugly. Is there a way to clean it up? I read something about sanding/polishing them. Is the crap on the outside, it feels rough to the touch, so I'd assume it is.
Just tell me what I need, like what grit sand paper, and whatever else I may need. I think if I can get them cleaned up, and almost clear again, it'll make the car look much better. Plus I wouldn't have to buy new ones at like 100-200 each!1999 Z28 black M6 hoping to fix up and sell soon!

A lot of people have tried it and it just fogs up and can't get rid of it. It will look good at first, but soon after fog up. You can try it, but you will probably get the same results.
If I were you, just buy a new set on ebay .
